The Songs for Saplings Offline WiFi Device is a small, portable Wi-Fi enable servers. They are able to serve up content (music, books, movies), but are not connected to the internet.
Since the device is a Wi-Fi enabled server, when the device is turned on in a village anyone with a device that is Wi-Fi enabled can connect to the device and download the content on the device without using their cellular data.
Allows for cheap deployment per device, and the devices can be moved from town to town.
